Trip Cartel CRM is operated by GREENOWLS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. The agreed order or service agreement identifies the subscribing agency, enabled modules, price, billing period and support arrangements.

Agencies are onboarded manually. Each agency receives its own login URL. Administrators manage authorised users and must ensure they have permission to upload traveller data and vendor documents. Payments and renewal
Subscription payments are currently accepted offline and verified by an administrator before activation or renewal. This website does not authorise automatic card charges. Trial availability, pricing and access dates are confirmed before onboarding. Expired or suspended accounts may have restricted access.
Cancellation and refunds — confirmation pending

Agencies retain rights to their own uploaded content and must have authority to use it. Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access another agency’s data or share credentials. Availability and ending service
Maintenance and third-party outages may affect availability. No uptime guarantee is promised here. Export, retention, support and termination arrangements should be agreed before activation. Contact the onboarding support team to request cancellation or assistance.
