Who operates this service
Trip Cartel CRM is operated by GREENOWLS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. This notice covers demo enquiries and use of the CRM. Agencies are responsible for the traveller information they collect and their instructions for processing it.
Information and purposes
Demo enquiries include your name, agency, phone, email and requirements so we can respond and arrange onboarding. Agency accounts contain contact and billing information. CRM records may contain traveller contacts, bookings, documents, invoices and itinerary details entered by your agency. Technical logs and session cookies support authentication, security and troubleshooting.
AI and connected services
When you use AI generation or document import, submitted trip details or extracted document text may be sent to the configured AI provider, such as Anthropic or Google. Avoid including unnecessary personal or passport information. Hosting, email and configured integrations process information needed to provide their services. External font and asset providers receive network request information. Meta lead retrieval requires an authorised connection; WhatsApp links open an external service.
Access and safeguards
Access is controlled through agency isolation, user permissions and authentication. Authorised support or platform administrators may need access to operate or troubleshoot the service. No system can guarantee absolute security. Agencies should limit access and protect credentials and shared itinerary links.
Retention and requests
Records and backups may be retained for service operation, agreed contractual needs and applicable legal obligations. Exact retention and deletion periods must be confirmed in the agency agreement. To request access, correction, export, deletion or withdrawal of consent, contact your agency administrator or the platform support contact provided during onboarding. Identity and authority may need verification. Withdrawal may affect the service that can be provided.
